Questions
- Is my roster uploaded?
- No. Matching titles and adding up the numbers happen in your browser, which loads the public job data. The scan is saved in your browser so it is there when you come back.
- How is payment handled, and is there tax?
- Checkout is run by Stripe, and the sale is made through Link, a Stripe company, which adds sales tax where it applies, pays it, and sends your receipt. We never see card details. Prices are in US dollars, before any tax. Pro subscribers change the card or cancel at app.link.com.
- What if the report is not useful?
- Write to info@stratussc.com within 14 days of buying and we will refund it in full.
- How current are the numbers?
- Every page shows the date the sources were last checked. The numbers move when METR publishes a new measurement, and the whole data set is refreshed at least every quarter. Change log

- Stratus Supply Chain LLC, the supply chain and operations advisory practice of Graham Whittemore, a supply chain executive with more than twenty years at Amazon, CVS Health, Clean Harbors, Wayfair and Staples, and an MIT master's in supply chain management.
