Your company roster stays with you

When you run a company scan on this site, your job titles, headcounts and pay are read and matched in your own browser. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. The scan is saved in your browser's local storage so it is there when you return; clearing your browser data removes it.

When you ask through ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant

The assistant tools work differently from the scan page: to answer, the assistant sends our server what the tool needs, such as a job title, or the titles, headcounts and pay of a list of roles. We use it for that answer only. It is not stored or logged, and it is not used for anything else. We count each call by the tool used and the kind of assistant (taken from its user agent), with no content from the request. Your conversation stays with the assistant's provider under its own privacy policy.

What we count

To learn which pages help people, the site records simple events: the page shown, actions such as running a scan or opening checkout, the site that referred you, and a random number kept for the length of one browser tab's visit. No cookies, no advertising trackers, and nothing about your roster.

Emails

If you leave an email to hear when something opens, we keep it to write to you about that, and for nothing else. Ask and we will delete it.

Payments

Purchases are sold through Link, a Stripe company, which handles the payment, the tax and the receipt under Stripe's and Link's own privacy policies. We never see your card details. We keep the checkout reference, the email Stripe gives us, the amount and the product, to provide the report and to answer questions.

Hosting

The site runs on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. The small database of events, emails and purchases runs on Neon.
